Vampires have Tru Blood, now werewolves have Paix-Dieu.


Brewery Caulier, a family-owned brewery in Peruwelz, Belgium, discovered that a full moon quickens the fermentation process (from 7 to 5 days). “We made several tests and noticed that the fermentation was more vigorous, more active,” explained Roger Caulier, the third-generation owner of Brewery Caulier. They plan to produce about 12,000 bottles of the full moon beer Paix-Dieu (Peace-God) which will be released October 31st.
